Dianna graduated from WCCMT Victoria and has served the Saanich Peninsula community ever since.
Her passion for the power of massage in healing is immense, and driven by the personal experience of massage being instrumental in helping regain mobility after injury. Constantly fascinated by the interconnected nature of everything in the body, Dianna’s practice is based on the foundation that creating ease and decreasing and managing pain can help patients improve their quality of life and continue or return to the activities they enjoy. Dianna’s multi-faceted approach can, when warranted, include joint mobilizations, active release, myofascial manipulations, and deep tissue massage, always striving to find what each individual patient requires, to feel at their best. This includes homecare recommendations and and guidance around healthy active lifestyles and workouts.
Having now completed the first phase of Craniosacral Therapy training with the Upledger Institute, she now offers basic craniosacral therapy to new and current patients.
A lover of all things active and/or outdoors, She has been a small-boat sailor, a gardener/landscaper, and a yoga teacher.
Dianna and her family are proud and grateful to live, work and play on the traditional territories of the WSANEC peoples.
